New Product Features: Elevating Your Experience

We’ve been listening to your feedback and are excited to roll out several new features designed to make your experience smoother, faster, and more intuitive. Here’s what’s new:

PaymidAI – The worlds first AI model for payments

PaymidAI is a AI model that analyses your transactional data in real-time and comes up with suggestions on ways to further improve acceptance ratio, cut down costs and to find new ways how to get more customers. It sounds simple but in reality its complex models that are working every day, every minute & every second to find patterns and ways to give your customers the best payment experience out there.

Revamped Backoffice Design/Layout

Our team have been working at ways on improving the backoffice design / layout for quite a while, its still a work in progress (we reckon it will always be) since we want to give you as clients as many features as possible but to still try and keep it simple and easily navigable.

Apart from the new design, there are a couple of layout changes that have been made:

• Transaction Rules, this was previously found under Settings. This has been renamed to Conditions and is now a standalone menu item.
• Todays Summary / Analytics, this has now been merged together under the Dashboard tab.
• Payment requests, withdrawals, payment transactions, this has now been merged together under the Transactions tab.
• Permissions, this will now be found under the Settings tab.
• Solutions Group, this has been moved to under the Solutions tab.

Updated Checkout Page Design

As per our previous blog post in January we have been updating the Checkout page to be entirely dynamic and meet various types of merchant requests. We have continued making small improvements to the updated design elements and you will be able to try it out in your sandbox account.

New Partnerships: Expanding Our Ecosystem

We’re also excited to announce new partnerships that will bring even more value. These collaborations are designed to integrate seamlessly with our platform, offering you more tools and resources to achieve your goals.

New payment integrations

Our partnerships for payments continue to increase, the list would be too long to summarise in an email so we instead advise our clients to check the Solutions tab for newly added partners.
